| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 183.525, regarding the Kentucky Aviation Economic Development Fund, to direct $2 million per year, for five consecutive fiscal years starting in fiscal year 2013-2014, from the fund to airport boards who have received grants from the United States Department of Transportation's Small Community Air Service Development Program, in order to promote the development of commercial aviation services at those airports; specify that the funds dedicated to this purpose shall be distributed to all eligible airports in proportion to the amount of federal grant received; direct the Transportation Cabinet to make the grants by April 1 of each fiscal year; make technical corrections. |
