Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to require public postsecondary education institutions to provide entering students with educational materials related to the responsible use of credit cards and management of personal debt; to encourage independent postsecondary education institutions to do same; to require the Council on Postsecondary Education to assist institutions in identifying appropriate curricula and materials suitable to fulfill this Act.
