Summary	Retain original provisions of SB 32; create a new section of KRS Chapter 150 to define "mounted wildlife specimen" and require the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to promulgate administrative regulations by January 1, 2014, to allow resident, religious, or educational institutions that qualify as a 501(c)(3) to sell mounted wildlife specimens, except as prohibited by federal law; require the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to establish a registry to track donated mounted wildlife specimens and exclude taxidermists from the registry requirements.
