Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 148.851 to define "enhanced incentive county"; amend KRS 148.853 to provide that the total eligible costs shall exceed $500,000 for a tourism attraction project located in an enhanced incentive county; and allow a tourism attraction project located in an enhanced incentive county to receive a sales tax incentive equal to the lesser of the amount of the sales tax liability of the approved company and its lessees or a percentage of the approved costs not to exceed 30%; create a new section of KRS 148.851 to 148.860 to provide that new applications for enhanced incentive county incentives shall not be accepted or considered for incentives before August 1, 2014 or after July 31, 2018.
