Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 342.260 to direct the commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations no later than December 31, 2015 to establish the information necessary to create an e-mail notification system where a person may enter his or her e-mail address into the Insurance Converge Look-up database to be notified of any cancellation of a specific business' workers' compensation coverage; amend 342.340 to conform.
