Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 3.250 to allow concurrent jurisdiction with the Department of the Interior over lands of the National Wildlife Refuge System located in Kentucky for purposes of criminal law enforcement; amend KRS 3.260 to allow for application to be made for concurrent jurisdiction over the lands of the National Wildlife Refuge System located in Kentucky; amend KRS 3.265 to extend powers of the Commonwealth for the exercise of criminal law enforcement over lands of the National Wildlife Refuge System located in Kentucky.
