Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 620.050 to clarify that persons investigated under that section retain their constitutional rights; creat a new sestion of KRS Chapter 620 to require the Cabinet for Heaalth and Family Services to creat a form informung parents, custodians, and de facto, and de facto custodians of theor rights and offering them the opportunity to terminate the interview by refusing to sign an acknowledgement of the form. |
