Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 45A.030 to include the definition of "construction manager-general contractor'; amend KRS 45A.183 to provide for the construction manager-general contractor method of capital construction, and provide for the secretary to promulgate administrative regulations to implement this method; and amend KRS 45A.837 to raise the limits for price contracts for architectural, engineering, and engineering-related services.
