| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 154.30-090 to require the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority and the Department of Revenue to review information submitted by an agency to receive an increment pursuant to a tax incentive agreement within 60 days, and to submit additional information if the increment determined by the authority and department differs from the increment requested by the agency; require the authority, in consultation with the department, to promulgate an administrative regulation identifying all forms, reports, and information that must be submitted by an agency as part of the increment notification process. |
