Summary	Delete prohibition on knowingly submitting an insurance claim on a roof that was not damaged; delete fine; create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to allow any person to take action against a person violating Section 1 and to allow recovery three times the amount of damage sustained, allow the court to award reasonable attorney's fees and costs, require the clerk of the court to mail a copy of any action to the Attorney General, stipulate that any order of the court made under 367.190 shall be prima facie evidence in an action brought under this Act.
