Summary of Original Version Propose an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky increasing the amount of the homestead exemption from the current inflation-adjusted amount of $36,900 to the full assessed value of the property for totally disabled veterans of the United States Armed Forces whose disabilities are service-connected; add the continued biennial inflation indexing of the homestead amount; make various typographical changes of a nonsubstantive nature; state ballot question; submit to voters.
