Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15A to allow the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to provide state resources to the Kentucky State Police Foundation; amend KRS 16.040 to provide additional criteria for the appointment of police officers by administrative regulation; amend KRS 16.080 to allow the commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations setting out an ethics code for officers of the department and individuals employed as a Trooper R Class or CVE R Class; EMERGENCY.
