Summary of Original Version Urge Congress to amend 18 U.S.C. sec. 1591 relating to the crime of child sex trafficking to permit the prosecution of interactive computer services which advertise sex trafficking, and to amend 47 U.S.C. sec. 230 of the Communications Decency Act to clarify that the provided civil immunity does not include criminal or civil liability for interactive computer services which carry ads offering sex with trafficking victims.
