Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 322.030 to clarify that a licensed architect may engage in the practice of engineering incidental to the practice of architecture; allow the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors to promulgate administrative regulations that define aspects of a building that are not considered incidental to the practice of architecture.
