Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 620.030 to establish that if a person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that a child is dependent, neglected, or abused, causes an oral or written report of the dependency, neglect, or abuse to be made, is employed by a local law enforcement agency, the Department of Kentucky State Police, the cabinet or its designated representative, the Commonwealth's attorney, or a county attorney, then that person shall make the oral or written report to his or her employer and to one of the other entities authorized to receive the report.
