Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 281A.010 to define "human trafficking"; amend KRS 281A.120 to require a person applying for a commercial driver's license to complete training related to identifying and reporting human trafficking; amend KRS 281A.170 to require commercial driver's licenses to be issued with a wallet card that outlines the signs of human trafficking and how to report it, and includes the National Human Trafficking Hotline number; amend KRS 281A.130, 281A.320 and 281.755 to conform.
