Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 136.392 to specify that a rate change in a premium surcharge rate used to supplement both the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund and the Firefighters Foundation Program fund shall only be adjusted by an Act of the General Assembly and be applied 90 days after the effective date of the Act.
