Summary of Original Version Urge the Attorney General of Kentucky to join with Alabama in its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Bureau of the Census to vacate and set aside the use of the Residence Rule insofar as it permits or requires the inclusion of the number of illegal aliens in the population figures utilized to apportion the U.S. House of Representatives and the Electoral College votes among the States, or to initiate an independent lawsuit on behalf of the citizens of Kentucky seeking the same relief.
