| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 304.17A-660 to define "nonquantitative treatment limitation"; amend KRS 304.17A-661 to remove mental health parity exclusion; require mental health parity coverage for nonquantitative treatment limitations that is in compliance with federal law; require insurers to submit annual reports relating to the insurer's compliance with nonquantitative treatment limitation requirements; amend KRS 304.17A-669 to remove exemptions; amend KRS 18A.225 to require the state employee health plan to comply with Section 2 of the Act; provide that the Act shall apply to health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after the effective date of the Act. |
