Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 199.480 to reduce the time in which a putative father may register to be a party to an action for adoption if he did not receive notice prior to the birth of the child from 21 days to 72 hours; amend KRS 625.065 to reduce the time in which a putative father may register to be a party to an action for involuntary termination of parental rights if he did not receive notice prior to the birth of the child from 21 days to 72 hours.
