Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to require an employer intending to relocate a call center from Kentucky to a foreign country to notify the secretary of the Labor Cabinet at least 120 days prior to such relocation; require the secretary to compile a list of employers that have relocated a call center to a foreign country; amend KRS 337.990 to create a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for each violation; provide short title.
