Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 304.17A-0952 to establish premium rate requirements for health benefit plans originally issued on or after January 1, 2014, in the individual or small group market; create new sections of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to require health benefit plans to continue to make coverage available for adult children until the age of 26 and to cover preventive services; amend KRS 18A.225 to require the state employee health plan to comply with Sections 2 and 3 of the Act; amend various sections to conform; repeal KRS 304.17A-256.
