Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 150.360 to require the administrative regulations promulgated by the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources relating to the hunting of coyotes at night to: require hunters to carry a hunting license, unless license-exempt, allow the use of electronic or mouth calls and decoys, specify which weapons may be used, prohibit hunting of coyotes at night on wildlife management areas or during any deer gun or muzzle loading season, prohibit hunting coyotes at any time from a road or motor vehicle; prohibit hunting coyotes at night using white light, and place no bag limit on coyotes; and amend KRS 150.395 to allow the hunting of coyotes at night using only non-white light.
