Summary of Original Version Create the Using the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Wisely Task Force to study and make recommendations related to the utilization, effectiveness, and cost of Kentucky's Neonatal Intensive Care Units; outline task force membership; require the task force to meet at least three times during the 2020 interim and to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2020.
