Summary of Original Version Repeal and reenact or repeal, reenact, and amend KRS 211.9101 to 211.9135 as new sections of KRS Chapter 309 to change the name of the Kentucky Radon Program Advisory Committee to the Kentucky Board of Radon Safety; adjust the number of members to the board; amend the definition of “residential building”; attach the board to the Department of Professional Licensing in the Public Protection Cabinet for administrative purposes; repeal KRS 211.9121 and 211.9135.
