Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 121.180 to require a candidate exempt from filing a campaign finance report to file a 30 day post-election report of receipts and disbursements; require all filings with the registry to be electronic; remove internal conflicts; require a candidate exempt from filing for the primary who advances to the general election to refile for the filing exemption; require any candidate who is no longer eligible for the exemption to immediately file for a revocation of the exemption.
