| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 304.17A-148 to prohibit cost sharing for outpatient self-management training and education, supplies, equipment, and generic prescription drugs; limit cost sharing for a 30-day supply of preferred and other prescription drugs; provide that cost sharing shall not exceed the amount permitted under KRS 304.17A-164; provide that health benefit plans shall not reduce or eliminate coverage due to requirements; amend KRS 18A.225 to require the state employee health plan to comply with diabetes coverage requirements; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2022. |
