Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 139.472 to exempt prescription incontinence products from sales tax and use tax when sold to a person with a medical diagnosis of incontinence and a prescription for the product; amend KRS 139.190 to allow the Department of Revenue to report the exemption to the Legislative Research Commission by October 1 each year; EFFECTIVE August 1, 2021.
