Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 278 to require the Public Service Commission when reviewing any fuel adjustment clauses for contracts entered into or after July 1, 2021, to subtract any coal severance tax imposed by any jurisdiction when determining the reasonableness of fuel costs in contracts and competing bids; define "fuel adjustment clause."
