Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 160.345 to specify that the superintendent instead of the council determines curriculum after consulting with the principal and school council; alter principal hiring process to require the principal to be selected by the superintendent after consultation with the school council; require the council to adopt policy consistent with board policy on the procedures for posting proposed new curriculum and providing results to the superintendent; allow the council to review no more than three principal candidates preferred by the superintendent; require the local board to adopt a policy on public notice of approved curriculum and a process for filing an educational grievance.
