Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS 205.565 to 205.647 to allow treatment for adults under age 65 in psychiatric residential facilities and hospitals to be claimed as a service; and require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services or the Department for Medicaid Services to request federal authorization for a waiver if necessary.
