Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 281.605 to exempt motor vehicles used in the transportation of persons 18 years of age or older from the provisions of KRS Chapter 281 relating to the regulation of motor carriers, if the motor vehicle is owned or being used on behalf of a nonprofit organization that is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
