Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 454.478 to provide that the court may enjoin the responding party from filing any additional actions if a responding party does not pay attorney's fees and costs within 60 days from final judgment of an order under KRS 454.464; provide that the court may subject a responding party to an anti-suit injunction if the court finds that the responding party is a vexatious litigant.
