Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 65A.030 to provide that special purpose governmental entities with less than $25,000 in annual receipts or expenditures are only required to provide a yearly financial statement; make special purpose governmental entities with annual receipts or expenditures equal to or greater than $25,000 but less than $100,000 subject to attestation of engagement once every four years.
