Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 150.170 to remove the requirement that resident landowners must own five or more acres of farmland in order to be exempt from sport hunting license requirements when hunting on their own lands; remove the farmland owner sport fishing license exemption; allow any person fishing on private property with the permission of the landowner to do so without procuring a sport fishing license.
