| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS Chapter 213 to establish the Kentucky Indigent Persons' Burial Program; create in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Kentucky indigent person burial trust fund to provide funds to defray the costs of funeral expenses for indigent persons in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; direct that the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall oversee the program and fund and promulgate necessary administrative regulations. |
