Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 227.331 to define "fire protection official"; require anyone who violates any administrative regulation, emergency order, or final order of the fire protection official be subject to an administrative fine or suspension or revocation of certificate of authority, occupancy, or other license or permit; authorize the fire protection official to enforce proper orders of or taken by the fire protection official in Circuit Court; require all actions for enforcement, recovery of administrative fines, and injunctive relief for violations to be brought in the name of the fire protection official. .
