Summary Retain original provisions; expand research subjects for the Disaster Prevention and Resiliency Task Force; require the task force to develop a Commonwealth Resilience Framework; require the task force to identify disaster spending in the Commonwealth and develop a preliminary funding roadmap; require the task force to hold two public meetings in regions of the Commonwealth that have been impacted by disasters; allow the Legislative Research Commission to procure professional services and support to the task force as needed; encourage the executive brand to participate in the work of the task force as required.
