Summary of Original Version	Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish the Water Resource Regional Infrastructure Planning Task Force to evaluate and develop legislative recommendations for establishing a comprehensive process through which a water or wastewater utility can examine all feasible options for accomplishing the goals of a new infrastructure project and to examine related issues; establish the membership and meeting schedule for the task force; allow the task force to submit its findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2026; allow the issues that the task force is directed to study to be assigned to an interim joint committee or subcommittee thereof.
