Summary of Original Version	Create new sections of KRS Chapter 198B to define terms; establish licensing for roofing contractors under the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction; prohibit any persons not licensed under the department from holding himself or herself out as a roofing contractor; allow the department to issue roofing contractor licenses, promulgate administrative regulations, and implement disciplinary actions; establish applicant requirements and fee limitations; establish a fine and potential misdemeanor incarceration for violations; create the roofing contractors fund.
