Summary	Amend Section 1 of the bill to allow the state to provide electronic access to books and legal resources in lieu of bound volumes and add and amend KRS 57.320 to allow, rather than require the state law librarian, if requested by a chief justice, judge, or the county law librarian, under the direction of the Supreme Court, to purchase bound volumes, advance sheets, and electronic access to the opinions of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the use of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, county law libraries, and Circuit and District Courts.
