Summary Retain original provisions; amend KRS 16.198 to require the Department of Kentucky State Police to pay employer contributions on behalf of Trooper R and CVE R employees hired on or after August 1, 2026, to the Kentucky Employees Retirement System or State Police Retirement System, as applicable, equal to the normal cost, not to exceed 10% of pay.
