Summary Amend KRS 189.222 to allow vehicles with a gross weight of up to 90,000 pounds transporting fluid milk from a farm to the first market to operate on any state highway; allow for a 10% weight tolerance; establish exceptions and limitations; amend KRS 189.010 to include fluid milk products in the definition of "nondivisible load" as it pertains to the roads that are a part of the national truck network; amend KRS 189.270 to allow overweight permits for the transportation of fluid milk products up to a gross weight of 100,000 pounds; amend KRS 189.2717 to allow annual overweight permits along a specified route for the transportation of fluid milk products up to a gross weight of 100,000 pounds; amend KRS 189.221 to conform.
