| Summary | Require that the boundary of a property to be able to be charged for services when stormwater is discharged to a storm sewer or other stormwater improvement owned or maintained by the sanitation district has to be within 1,000 feet of the storm sewer or stormwater improvement and within the boundaries of a city under a co-permittee agreement with the sanitation district, and define "discharge" . |
