Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 6.905, 7.200, 7A.110, 7A.185, 7A.220, 13A.020, 15A.063, 45.790, 45A.705, 158.647, and 248.723 to require statutory committee membership appointments be made in January of each odd-numbered year; require vacancies to be filled within 30 days; and require the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House to appoint co-chairs; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2027.
