Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 190.046 to establish conditions for reimbursement of motor vehicle dealers by manufacturers, component manufacturers, and distributors for parts and warranty or recall work on motor vehicles with a classification of 7 or higher as established in 49 C.F.R. sec. 565.15; define "component manufacturer"; expand the time frame for a dealer to submit a claim for warranty work from 30 days to 90 days.
