Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 186.412 to require the circuit clerk to ask each applicant for a driver's license to provide a name, address and telephone number to be used in case of an emergency; prohibit the emergency contact information from appearing on the face of the license, but to be stored in the database; permit the applicant to choose not to provide emergency contact information.
