200 KAR 3:045.Monthly meal charges at mansions.
Section 1.
(1)
Monthly maintenance charges shall be paid by the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and all state employees required by their regular job duties to receive meals on a regular basis in the Executive Mansion or the Lieutenant Governor's Mansion.(2)
Payment shall be made by means of a twice monthly deduction from the salary paid on the regular payroll.Section 2.
The monthly maintenance charges to be paid by the Governor and Lieutenant Governor for members of their respective families living at the respective mansions shall be as follows:(1)
The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and adult members of their respective families, 200 dollars each.(2)
Children between the ages of twelve (12) and seventeen (17) years, 120, dollars each.(3)
Children under twelve (12) years of age, ninety (90) dollars each.Section 3.
