303 KAR 1:005.Vehicle speed.
Section 1.
No operator of a vehicle within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds shall drive at a greater speed than:(1)
Fifteen (15) miles per hour at any time during the period in which the annual Kentucky State Fair is in progress; and(2)
