400 KAR 3:020.Criteria for identifying and designating endangered or threatened species of plants.
Section 1.
The office shall utilize the criteria in subsections (1) through (3) of this section in its identification and designation of additional species pursuant to KRS 146.610(2)(b):(1)
Only species that have been described and named in a refereed professional scientific journal and determined by the office to be widely accepted among professional botanists shall be considered;(2)
Hybrids shall not be listed unless they are known to be naturally reproducing; and(3)
